ABOUT THE POSITION
FAS is seeking a Senior Site Manager with solid experience in managing medium/large-scale projects, capable of leading autonomously, managing clients, and contributing to the company’s continuous growth.
ROLE MISSION
The Senior Site Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of projects, ensuring effective and efficient planning, coordination, and control of production processes at Grupo FAS, guaranteeing profitability, quality, deadlines, and client satisfaction, leading the teams assigned to the projects under their responsibility.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for planning and coordinating all site activities, monitoring their execution, analyzing costs and revenues, as well as existing deviations, with implementation of corrective measures, ensuring execution quality and compliance with defined objectives;
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, coordinating as necessary with all areas supporting operations;
• Ensure strict compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality objectives;
• Serve as the main technical contact with the client and designers during the execution phase;
• Prepare and control site planning, work schedules, and progress reports;
• Analyze and negotiate proposals from subcontractors and suppliers in coordination with procurement;
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on site (PSS, PPAP);
• Identify and manage risks and unforeseen events, proposing technical and commercial solutions;
• Control actual costs vs. budgeted and report deviations to Production Coordination;
• Ensure complete documentary management of the project (records, RCOs, as-built drawings, DT);
• Participate in the development process of new projects and commercial proposals;
• Lead and support the development of Junior Site Managers, periodically holding meetings with the site team and subcontractors to assess the project status, defining preventive or corrective actions;
• Launch tenders, negotiate, and select the best suppliers for each phase of the projects under their responsibility;
• Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies of potential projects.
DESIRED PROFILE
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree valued)
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in site management
• Experience in medium/large-scale projects
• Solid knowledge of planning, cost control, and contract management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and site management tools
• Proficiency in spoken and written English;
• Knowledge of Revit and BIM software valued
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Driving license (category B) and availability for travel

FAS is seeking a Site Preparation Technician to strengthen the technical preparation team, responsible for ensuring that all projects start with the documentation, resources, and planning necessary for excellent execution.
ROLE MISSION
The Site Preparation Technician is the technical link between the project and execution. Responsible for analyzing drawings, preparing work schedules and quantities, supporting the preparation of consultations with subcontractors, and ensuring that the site team has all the necessary technical information.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze and interpret execution projects, specifications, and technical documents
• Support Site Management in re-budgeting the contract, ensuring compliance with stipulated deadlines
• Preparation of processes and quantity schedules for subcontracts and materials, for Site Management to conduct consultation processes;
• Support the preparation of consultations and analysis of subcontractor proposals
• Produce and maintain updated technical site documentation (sheets, specifications, details)
• Review and coordinate projects from different disciplines (architecture, structures, MEP)
• Coordinate with designers to resolve project inconsistencies and omissions
• Prepare or review detailed construction details
• Support the site team in technical interpretation of the project during execution
• Participate in preparation and site meetings whenever necessary
• Ensure organized archiving of all technical documentation by project
• Preparation of detailed drawings and quantification of the various specialties included in the project;

DESIRED PROFILE
• Academic qualifications at Degree level in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, or similar area
• 2 to 5 years of experience in site preparation or technical office
• Solid proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (mandatory); MS Excel and MS Project
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel valued)
• Ability to read and analyze multidisciplinary projects
• Knowledge of metrics and construction cost estimates
• Organized, rigorous, and with strong analytical capacity
