ABOUT THE POSITION<\/p>

FAS is seeking a Senior Site Manager with solid experience in managing medium\/large-scale projects, capable of leading autonomously, managing clients, and contributing to the company’s continuous growth.<\/p>

ROLE MISSION<\/p>

The Senior Site Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of projects, ensuring effective and efficient planning, coordination, and control of production processes at Grupo FAS, guaranteeing profitability, quality, deadlines, and client satisfaction, leading the teams assigned to the projects under their responsibility.<\/p>

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>

\u2022 Responsible for planning and coordinating all site activities, monitoring their execution, analyzing costs and revenues, as well as existing deviations, with implementation of corrective measures, ensuring execution quality and compliance with defined objectives;<\/p>

\u2022 Lead multidisciplinary teams of subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, coordinating as necessary with all areas supporting operations;<\/p>

\u2022 Ensure strict compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality objectives;<\/p>

\u2022 Serve as the main technical contact with the client and designers during the execution phase;<\/p>

\u2022 Prepare and control site planning, work schedules, and progress reports;<\/p>

\u2022 Analyze and negotiate proposals from subcontractors and suppliers in coordination with procurement;<\/p>

\u2022 Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on site (PSS, PPAP);<\/p>

\u2022 Identify and manage risks and unforeseen events, proposing technical and commercial solutions;<\/p>

\u2022 Control actual costs vs. budgeted and report deviations to Production Coordination;<\/p>

\u2022 Ensure complete documentary management of the project (records, RCOs, as-built drawings, DT);<\/p>

\u2022 Participate in the development process of new projects and commercial proposals;<\/p>

\u2022 Lead and support the development of Junior Site Managers, periodically holding meetings with the site team and subcontractors to assess the project status, defining preventive or corrective actions;<\/p>

\u2022 Launch tenders, negotiate, and select the best suppliers for each phase of the projects under their responsibility;<\/p>

\u2022 Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies of potential projects.<\/p>

DESIRED PROFILE<\/p>

\u2022 Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree valued)<\/p>

\u2022 Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in site management<\/p>

\u2022 Experience in medium\/large-scale projects<\/p>

\u2022 Solid knowledge of planning, cost control, and contract management<\/p>

\u2022 Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and site management tools<\/p>

\u2022 Proficiency in spoken and written English;<\/p>

\u2022 Knowledge of Revit and BIM software valued<\/p>

\u2022 Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills<\/p>

\u2022 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously<\/p>

\u2022 Driving license (category B) and availability for travel<\/p>
